Cake with chia seeds and coconut flour#gluten free banana bread!

This recipe is adapted from Vegrecipesofindia.

Small serving of chia seeds has as much Omega-3 fatty acids in 2 tablespoons as 4 ounces of salmon. They are rich in protein fiber and calcium too.
Coconut flour is rich in protein, fiber and fat. It's a good source of lauric acid, a saturated fat thought to support the immune system and the thyroid.  Like most healthy fats, lauric acid also promotes good skin health.Coconut flour being an exceptionally good source of manganese helps us to utilize many nutrients including choline and biotin (found in eggs), vitamin C and thiamin. 

Manganese content supports bone health, nervous system function, thyroid health and helps to maintain optimal blood sugar levels.

Wet ingredients
2.5 medium sized bananas mashed up, add 1/2 cup sugar and whisk –
Add 2 tblspoons of curd and 1 tblspoon chia seeds (soaked in water for 20 mins) and gently mix.
add 1/2. Cup olive oil and 1 tsp vannila essence.

Dry ingredients:
1.5 tsp baking powder and 0.5 baking soda
1 .25 cup whole wheat and 0.25 plus a table spoon coconut flour
1 tspCinnamon powder

Sift dry ingredients and add them to wet and mix till they are incorporated. Add some nuts and bake in preheated (350deg f) oven @350 degf for 30 mins till done.
Use toothpick method to test if they are done.
